Exterra Termite Baiting

The Exterra Termite Baiting System is a mutli-step, systematic termite management program and is the preferred product used by Elders on most termite baiting or termite control sites. Elders are an ISO14001 Environmentally Endorsed Company and we are therefore always looking for more environmentally responsible methods of pest control. Exterra uses 1 / 10,000th of the chemical used in a traditional liquid termite barrier and therefore fits nicely with our philosophy.

Field trials of the Exterra product have proven its' effectiveness in controlling subterranean termites - not just those termites attacking a structure, but in fact the entire termite colony

A key component of the Exterra system is its' patented 'Focus Termite Attractant'. Focus is a natural, non-toxic, food based additive that works in conjunction with soil micro-organisms to slowly small carbon dioxide (CO2) into the surrounding soil.

A small amount of the Focus product is added to the Exterra termite bait stations and creates a natural Termite Interception Zone around a home and ensures termites are attracted to the Exterra bait stations. Termites therefore do not pass between the installed stations and provides a rock-solid termite control solution.
