Chris Elder B.Bus(Acc) B.InfTech | Managing Director

Chris is a graduate of Griffith University (Gold Coast Campus). He has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Information Technology (IT). He is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and has years of experience as an Accountant and IT Consultant.

He is also a fully qualified pest management consultant and has been a keynote speaker at national pest management and risk management conferences. He won the Australian Internet.au magazines 'Website of the Month Award' for his design of elder.com.au (previous site design) and has co-written articles for eccountancy.com.

Chris joined our firm as Managing Director in January 2003 and is in charge of the direction of Elders Pest Control.

John Elder JP | Director and Head of Elders K9 Division

John is a cofounder of Elders Pest Control and has been responsible for much of its success to date. He is highly regarded member of the pest management community and has been a guest speaker at many national industry conferences. John has also part taken in the drafting of industry legislation and he is the Chief Consultant of elders pest control. John is also responsible for our award winning work with detection dogs.

Nola Elder | Director and Customer Service Supervisor

Nola is a cofounder of Elders Pest Control and also responsible for much of the company's success. She is the firm's Director and Company Secretary and is also a Customer Service Supervisor. Nola has a wealth of experience in Customer Service roles and imparts her knowledge to help develop truly great Administrative staff. .

Luke Karchinsky | Operations Manager

Luke joined Elders in February 2008 after being poached from 1800 OnHold (a former Telstra Business Award Winner) where he was the National Operations Manager. Luke has a Diploma in Business and years of experience at management level in fast growth companies such as Stellar Call Centres where they grew from 100 employees to over 2,500 during his tenure, as well as experience in industries such as Call Centre Management, Customer Service, Investment Services and many more.

Vera Todorovic CPA | Financial Controller

Vera is a CPA qualified Accountant who graduated from Griffith University (Gold Coast Campus) with a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Accounting. She worked as a Tax Consultant providing services to a varied client base before taking a post overseas. Serbia’s transition from communism to privatisation provided a steep learning curve. Vera also acted as Financial Controller and Project Manager for a London based investment fund which, through privatisation, formed the largest dairy group in Eastern Europe. Vera joined Elders in January 2007 as the firms’ Company Accountant.
